Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?

At RISE, we strive to ensure that all product imagery accurately represents the items available in our dispensary. However, because cannabis is a natural, agricultural product, slight variations in color, bud structure, and trichome density can occur between different harvests or batches.

​While the physical appearance may vary slightly from the photograph, we guarantee that the strain, potency, and quality will align with the product description and lab-testing results provided at the time of purchase. All accessories and branded merchandise will match the photos shown, unless otherwise specified.
Where can I view my sales receipt?

 

You can access your sales receipts through several convenient methods:
​Email Confirmation: For all online pre-orders, a digital receipt and order summary are automatically sent to the email address associated with your account immediately after your purchase is finalized.
​Customer Account: Log in to your profile on the RISE website and navigate to the "Order History" or "My Purchases" section. Here, you can view, download, or print receipts from all previous transactions.
​In-Store Physical Copy: A printed paper receipt is provided with every transaction at the time of checkout. We recommend keeping this for your records, especially if you have questions regarding a specific batch or return policy.
How can I return an item?

Due to the nature of our products and state regulations, we are generally unable to accept returns on cannabis products once they have left the dispensary. However, your satisfaction is our priority. If you experience a mechanical issue with a vaporizer cartridge or find a significant defect in your purchase, please bring the product and your original receipt back to the dispensary within 3 days. Our team will evaluate the item to determine if it qualifies for an exchange or store credit. Please note that all returns must be in their original packaging with the compliance labels intact.

Will you restock items indicated as “out of stock?”
Yes, we frequently restock our most popular strains and products. However, because we work with various artisanal growers and seasonal harvests, certain specialized items may only be available for a limited time.
If an item you love is currently unavailable, we recommend checking our live menu regularly or signing up for our newsletter to receive restock alerts. Our budtenders are also excellent at recommending comparable alternatives that provide a similar profile and experience.
Where can I ship my order?
Currently, state and federal laws prohibit the shipping of cannabis products through any mail carriers (USPS, FedEx, UPS). As a result, all orders placed through our website are for In-Store Pickup or Curbside Pickup only at our physical location.
When placing your order, please select your preferred pickup time. You must present a valid, government-issued photo ID that matches the name on the order at the time of collection.
