Our Commitment to Quality: Refund and Returns Policy
At RISE, we stand behind the quality of the products we carry across our 100+ retail locations. We want every experience with our cannabis flower, edibles, and hardware to be exceptional. However, due to state regulations governing the sale of cannabis, our return policy is subject to specific legal constraints.
Please review our guidelines below to understand how we handle returns, exchanges, and defective products.
1. Cannabis Product Sales (Flower, Edibles, Extracts)
In accordance with state law, all sales of cannabis products are final.
* Regulatory Restriction: Once a cannabis product has left the dispensary premises, we are legally prohibited from accepting returns or offering refunds for products that are not defective.
* Exceptions: If you believe you have received a product that is expired or does not match the labeling, please contact your local RISE Dispensary immediately for a consultation.
2. Defective Hardware & Vape Cartridges
We understand that occasionally, hardware issues occur. We offer a 14-Day Exchange Policy for defective cannabis hardware, such as:
* Leaking or non-functional vape cartridges.
* Defective battery units or disposable pens.
* Electronic accessories that fail to operate as intended.
Requirements for Exchange:
* Original Receipt: You must present the physical or digital receipt from your purchase.
* Original Packaging: The product must be returned in its original packaging (including the box with the state-required compliance labels).
* Timeframe: The exchange must be initiated within 14 days of the original purchase date.
Note: Defective items will be exchanged for the same product. If the product is out of stock, a store credit or an item of equal value will be provided.
3. Merchandise & Non-Cannabis Accessories
For clothing, lifestyle goods, and non-electronic accessories (e.g., glassware, apparel), we offer a 30-Day Return Policy.
* Condition: Items must be unwashed, unworn, and in their original packaging with tags attached.
* Exclusions: For hygiene reasons, certain items like smoking pipes or opened consumables (non-cannabis) cannot be returned once used.
4. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
To process a return or exchange, please follow these steps:
* Visit the Store: Return to the specific RISE location where the original purchase was made.
* Speak with a Manager: Ask to speak with a Store Manager or a Personal Care Specialist regarding your concern.
* Review: Our team will inspect the item and verify the receipt to ensure compliance with our policy and state regulations.
5. Refund Method
* Store Credit: In most cases, approved returns will be issued as store credit to be used on a future visit.
* Original Payment: If a refund is approved by management, it will be issued to the original payment method (Cash or Debit) where applicable.
